All in.
Go within.

Seventy-five minutes of heat, cold and breath in a small group — guided, shared, and honest. You don't have to be anyone in here. You just have to show up.

You come out reborn.

The heat is the doorway. Each other is the point.

What we're actually here for

Choose your session

Five ways in

Same ritual underneath — three rounds of heat and cold. What changes is the pace, the music, and how deep we go.

Arrive

First time

Lower heat, more explanation, and a facilitator who checks in with you before and after. The session we wish everyone started with.

Gentle · fully guided75 min

Soften

Slow & inward

Grounding heat, long exhales, organic sound. No push, no build. You leave quieter than you came in.

Calm · deeply guided75 min

Stir

Movement & release

Breath, movement and rising aromas. Something usually comes up in this one. That's allowed — that's the point.

Dynamic · emotional75 min

Surge

Full intensity

Bass, high heat, hard plunges. Our loudest session. Bring everything you've got, or sit the round out — both count.

Intense · experienced75 min

Circle

The social one

The full 75-minute ritual, then tea, food and conversation that isn't rushed. Alcohol-free. Come alone — most people do.

The ritual

Your 75 minutes

Three rounds in the heat, three drops into the cold, and a facilitator who never leaves you alone in it.

01

Arriving

In the heat

Aroma fills the room. Your shoulders drop before your mind does. Nothing is asked of you yet.

In the cold

The water takes your breath. Then you find it again. That's the whole lesson, right there.

02

Going deeper

In the heat

The music builds. Sweat pours. Somewhere in here you stop managing how you look.

In the cold

Shock fades faster now. You're not enduring it anymore — you're in it.

03

Letting go

In the heat

Full intensity, if you want it. Or the lower bench, if that's today. Both are the whole practice.

In the cold

Clarity. The kind you can't think your way to.

04

Staying

Tea, no rush, no phones. Most people say this is the part they didn't expect to love. Nobody has ever left an All In session having spoken to nobody.

Where we differ

There's no prize for the coldest plunge.

Plenty of places will tell you to push harder, go colder, stay longer. We won't. Heat and cold are powerful precisely because you get to choose your edge — and your edge moves depending on the week you've had.

Going all in doesn't mean going to the maximum. It means being fully here, honestly, at whatever level today allows. Step out when you need to. Sit on the lower bench. Skip the third round. You're still all in.

What we believe

Four things we hold to

01

Come as you are

No fitness level, no body type, no spiritual vocabulary required. If you're nervous, say so — half the room is too, they're just quieter about it.

02

Balance over extremes

We love a healthy life. We also love bread, late nights and a glass of wine with people we love. Intensity that costs you your life outside the sauna isn't wellness — it's just another job.

03

Real over polite

We'd rather you say the awkward true thing than the smooth empty one. Sessions end in conversation, not in a rush for the door.

04

Nobody journeys alone

You can do heat and cold by yourself. It works. It's just a fraction of what happens when a roomful of people do it together and then sit down afterwards.

Opening soon

Be in the first room

We're opening with small sessions and a short list of people who want in early. Leave your email and we'll tell you the moment new times go up.

Come as you are. Leave a little more so.
